How do I enroll?
Enrollment is completed in the app in a few steps.
1. Choose a class in the class list and submit an enrollment application. 2. The administration office reviews and approves your application. 3. Once approved, you receive payment instructions together with a personal payment code. Make the bank transfer to the school account, always including the code in the transfer reference. 4. After transferring, report the completed transfer from the payments screen in the app. 5. The administration office confirms the deposit, your enrollment is complete, and you are notified in the app.
When and where are classes held?
Classes are held every Saturday from 10:00 to 13:00, from mid-September to the end of June.

How much is tuition and how do I pay?
Tuition is set per term, and you can check each term's tuition in the class details.
Payment is made by bank transfer to the school account provided, always including your personal payment code in the transfer reference. After transferring, report the completed transfer from the payments screen in the app and the administration office will confirm it.
Is there a discount when siblings attend together?
When three or more members of the same family enroll using the same account, the tuition of one of them is waived.
The waiver applies to one member only, even if four or five family members enroll. To receive this benefit, all family members must be enrolled under the same account.
What should I do if my child will be absent?
If an absence is planned, please let the homeroom teacher know in advance through the chat. For a same-day absence, informing us as soon as possible helps keep the attendance record accurate.
How does the level test work?
New students can take the level test in the app. Based on the result, we recommend the class that best fits the student.
How do I get the textbooks?
Textbooks are assigned per class, and you select the ones you need during enrollment. Textbook fees are communicated together with the tuition.
How can I contact a teacher or the administration office?
You can start a one-to-one conversation with the administration office or the homeroom teacher from the app's chat tab. For urgent matters, please use the administration office chat.
